Sales Manager – Battery Industry
Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (Candidates within 30 minutes travel only
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month + incentives

Role Objective
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in industrial/B2B sales in the battery industry. The person will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, inquiries, quotations, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to provide customized battery solutions for clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Conduct client visits, field meetings, and participate in industry events.
- Work with marketing to convert campaigns into sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in industrial or technical B2B sales in the battery industry or related industrial products.
- Strong technical understanding of battery products and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Must be based in Mumbai, reachable to Kandivali within 30 minutes.
