Marketing Manager – Battery Industry

Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (Candidates within 30 minutes travel only)

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Role Objective

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage marketing strategy, brand positioning, and B2B lead generation in the battery industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial marketing, customer insights, content creation, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies in line with MCB 4 phases (Market Research, Content, Branding, Business Growth).
  • Manage content marketing initiatives including brochures, blogs, newsletters, and online campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to refine product positioning and strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver PPTs, proposals, and presentations to clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking.
  • Support participation in trade shows, expos, and events to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report marketing performance metrics and ROI.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in marketing within the battery industry or related industrial products.
  • Strong expertise in content marketing, customer insights, PPT creation, presentations, and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Should be based in Mumbai, reachable to Kandivali within 30 minutes.
