As a Solar Sales Representative/Consultant, your primary goal is to promote and sell solar energy systems to residential and/or commercial clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting sales targets.

**Sales**:
1. Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.

2. Negotiate and close sales agreements.

3. Ensure accurate paperwork and contract execution.

4. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Essential:
1. 2+ years of sales experience (renewable energy/solar industry preferred).

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to understand and communicate technical information.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

5. Valid driver's license (for site visits).

Desirable:
1. Solar industry certifications (e.g., NABCEP).

2. Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and incentives.

3. Experience with solar design software.

4. Bilingual or multilingual skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
