**Job Description**:
As a Tele-calling and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Tele-calling:
Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for solar products.

Providing information about our solar inverter products and services.

Handling inbound inquiries and converting them into sales opportunities.

Sales:
Following up on leads and managing the sales pipeline.

Conducting customer needs assessments and presenting appropriate products.

Closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Gathering feedback from customers to improve service quality.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years in tele-calling or sales, preferably in the solar energy sector or a related industry.

**Skills**:Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of solar energy products (training will be provided).

Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
