Karamchand Properties is looking for a Channel Partner (CP) Sales Coordinator for their upcoming real estate projects in Nagpur. The Channel Partner Sales Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and assisting in Channel Partner Sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up appointments for Channel Partner sales presentations.
- Get EOI forms filled by prospective Channel Partners and onboard them to our system.
- Set up goals with CP's
- Handle site visits of CP customers and do presentations for customers
- Use CRM and keep data updated at all times
- Achieve monthly goals
- Participate in events
- Negotiate or close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

**Requirements**:

- Graduation degree
- 1+ years of Channel Partner Recruitment and networking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Continuous learning mindset
- Training will be provided

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
