**Title**: Area Sales Manager
**Location**: Balewadi, Pune
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute **regional sales strategies** to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of **sales representatives** to maximize productivity and performance.
- Identify and onboard **channel partners, system integrators, and dealers** in the assigned region.
- Build and nurture relationships with **Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and End Users.**:
- Conduct **field visits, product demos, and presentations** for prospective customers and partners.
- Analyze **market trends and competitor activities**, recommending proactive strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in **CRM**, prepare regular sales reports, and update the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with **Marketing, Logistics, and Technical Support** teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Drive **awareness and market penetration** for new digital and wireless security products.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- Proficiency in any additional language (Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali) is a plus.
- Strong **interpersonal, negotiation, and team management** skills.
- In-depth understanding of **regional market trends** in security and smart home solutions.
- **Tech-savvy** with sound product knowledge in digital security and automation systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BSc, BTech preferred).
- **MBA in Sales/Marketing** will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in **channel sales** and **regional business development.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
