**Designation**:Area Sales Executive **Job responsibility**: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets in the assigned area or territory. - Analyze the market and identify potential customers, opportunities, and challenges in the assigned area, - Keep abreast of all the products and competitors & make product presentations. - Establish, maintain, and expand customer base. - Maintain and increase sales of company’s products - Increase business opportunities through various routes to market. - Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives. - Conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and coach programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team. - Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to forecast sales targets and identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure effective communication and support. - Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities. **Qualification**: - MBA - Marketing (IT knowledge preferable) **Interview Type**: - Face to Face **Company Name: - Flair Network Systems Pvt Ltd.** **Location: - **Office No 2 "Shanti Ganga" Shreeman Society, Opp. Pune People’s Co-Op.
