As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring consistent sales growth. Responsibilities -Market Expansion - Identify and explore new business opportunities within the designated area. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, retailers, and distributors. -Sales Strategy - Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly. -Customer Engagement - Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and customer loyalty. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and uniqueness of Monkey Bro's peanut products. -Distribution Management - Work closely with the distribution team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. - Monitor inventory levels at retailers and distributors, and coordinate restocking as needed. -Market Research - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market dynamics and potential areas for improvement. Qualifications -Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. -Possess good convincing and negotiation skills -Knowledge of the local market and distribution channels is a plus.
