Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell a diverse range of FMCG products to clients in the Pune area.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Travel within the designated area to meet clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
- In-depth understanding of FMCG products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Pune area.
