**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Ernakulam. As a fresher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Effectively communicate with customers in Malayalam and English to address their needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
