**Position: Client Relationship Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and progress.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within existing client accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relationships.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
