**Position: Client Relationship Executive**

Analytix Arabia Management Consultants is a premier consulting firm specializing in business formation, market entry strategies, and comprehensive advisory services in Saudi Arabia. We support local and international clients in navigating complex legal requirements, understanding market dynamics, and leveraging local resources to achieve their business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and progress.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within existing client accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relationships.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
