**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive - Outbound Calling

**Location**: Kochi & Bangalore

**Experience**: 1-2 years (Call Center / Outbound Calling)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)** with prior call center experience to join our team. The role involves managing outbound customer calls, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **outbound calls** to customers for follow-ups, product/service updates, and relationship building.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and deliver an excellent service experience.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve set targets for call volumes and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (preferred) with **1-2 years of experience in outbound calling / call center** environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage).
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
