**Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive**

**Location**: Kochi
**Salary**: ₹30,000 per month

**Company Overview**:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing advertising agency based in Kochi, with a diverse client portfolio that includes leading brands like Federal Bank, Pothys, and Kottakkal AVS. Our services span across print, film, outdoor, and digital advertising campaigns, helping our clients grow and connect with their audiences. We are currently looking for a **Client Servicing Executive** to manage our client relationships and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, digital) to develop and execute campaigns across various mediums (print, film, outdoor, digital).
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the end-to-end process of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to client requirements.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather and analyze client feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth in client relationships.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively address any client concerns or issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- **Reports & Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation for ongoing projects and client communications.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: MBA (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or a similar role within an advertising agency.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently to clients.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent relationship-building abilities and a professional, client-centric attitude.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking and project management skills; ability to work with tight deadlines.
- **Proficiency**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools is a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

**Salary & Benefits**:
