**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Coordinate and manage wedding events from concept to execution, ensuring all details are addressed.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events meet or exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within budget.
- Attend events to oversee setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a high level of quality and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A passion for creating memorable events and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
