**About Us**:
Maritus Events And Wedding Planners is a leading events and management company specializing in planning and executing weddings and other special events. We are known for our attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Coordinate and manage wedding events from concept to execution, ensuring all details are addressed.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events meet or exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within budget.
- Attend events to oversee setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a high level of quality and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A passion for creating memorable events and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
