**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Relationship Executive in our light automation company specializing in automatic gates and shutters, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, timely assistance, and resolution of any concerns related to our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, striving to maintain a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle client complaints and technical issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance the client's experience and maximize revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and advancements in light automation technology to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop client communication materials, such as newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of automation technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales within the automation industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of automation systems, particularly automatic gates and shutters, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
