**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business by fostering client loyalty and achieving targeted goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

Foster a positive and productive working environment within the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques (preferred).

Proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to multitask effectively.
