**Customer Relationship Executive**

Location : Kochi

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : 25000 + Incentives

Age : Below 30

Language : English ( Fluent ), Malayalam
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
- Collecting payments from customers as per the agreed terms.
- Following up on outstanding dues and ensuring timely payments.
- Coordinating with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Customer Relationship & payment collection (advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proven experience in maintaining good relationships with clients and handling monthly repayments.

Customer Relation: 1 - 2 years

Language: English, Hindi and Malayalam (required)

Pay: per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
