**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** to manage our VI Store operations. The role involves ensuring a seamless store experience for customers, addressing their queries, and promoting VI products and services effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee store operations from opening to closing, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their problems promptly and professionally.
- Assist VI customers in addressing doubts and providing the required support.
- Promote VI services and products to customers, driving engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming store environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Any degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of VI services and products is an advantage.
