**Requirements**:
※ Excellent communication skills in English is a strict requirement
※ Excellent English vocabulary is a strict requirement
※ The ability to work on Sat/Sun as part of their permanent schedule if or when required, is a strict requirement
※ The ability to work the night-shift if required, is a strict requirement
- The ability to accommodate for other employee absences by staying an hour or two longer than the shift time if needed, is a non-mandatory requirement but preferred.
- Familiarity with basic computer / office software and phone systems is a strict requirement
- Previous experience, especially in international customer support, is preferred
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- US shift
Travel requirement:
- No travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
