We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a **Customer Support Executive**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve complaints, returns, order tracking, and product-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, warehouse) to resolve customer issues.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Suggest improvements to processes for better customer experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **English and Hindi** (verbal & written) is **mandatory**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools and communication platforms.
