Common Responsibilities
- **Scheduling & Logistics**: Arranging meetings, appointments, and conferences, and coordinating travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- **Communication**: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence, and providing updates.
- **Document Management**: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents; managing databases and filing systems.
- **Project & Event Support**: Assisting with special projects, event planning, and coordination for the employer or household.
- **Personal & Household Tasks**: Running errands, managing finances, coordinating household staff, and handling personal appointments for families.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- **Organization & Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain order in complex schedules.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with various parties.
- **Discretion & Confidentiality**: A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
- **Proactivity**: The capacity to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and take initiative.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competence in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- **Flexibility**: The role often requires adaptability and a willingness to work varied hours to meet the demands of the employer.
