**Title: Executive Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the MD, including managing an ever-changing calendar of appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and arrange high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, and other events.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Manage and maintain executive files and records.
- Undertake special projects as directed by the MD.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by board of directors, committees, and executives.
- Ready to open for travelling (Domestic & International)
Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree equivalent experience.
- Preference should be who are staying in West Bengal or Kolkata only.
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Power Point & Excel)
- Minimum 10 years of experiences required on the same field can be entertained.
**Preferred Industry**:Manufacturing and Mining
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
