**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized, mature, and presentable Personal Assistant (PA) to
support our executive leadership in managing travel, calendar, and administrative
similar role and must possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills. The
role requires handling sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and maintaining a
high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Management:
Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements,
including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visas.
Calendar Management:
Maintain and update the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments,
meetings, and events. Ensure no scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks.
Administrative Support:
Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing,
expense reporting, and handling correspondence.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes,
and following up on action points.
Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft
Presentation:
Ensure all documents and presentations are professionally formatted and
presented to the highest standard.
Client Interaction:
Handle interaction with clients and senior management as necessary, ensuring
a professional demeanor at all times.
Office Management Support:
Assist with office administration duties when required, including vendor
management, office supplies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
Strong communication skills: written and verbal, with the ability to interact with high-level
executives.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Mature, presentable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage travel, calendar, and admin tasks with ease.
Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of up to 8 LPA.
