**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Resolve complaints, returns, order tracking, and product-related issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, warehouse) to resolve customer issues.

Document and update customer records based on interactions.

Suggest improvements to processes for better customer experience.

**Required Skills**:
Proficiency in **Englis**h and **Hindi**(verbal & written) is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools and communication platforms.

**Eligibility**:
Freshers are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
