**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound calls and outbound follow-up calls to customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain and update customer records with accurate and relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.
- Keep up-to-date with product/service knowledge and company policies.
- Provide feedback to the management team to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualification**
- Previous experience in customer support, tele sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, empathetic, and confident when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment with adaptable work schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
