**Customer Support Executive**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve customer issues
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to the management team
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills, in Hindi and English
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of customer service tools and techniques
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,879.10 - ₹27,376.91 per month
