**Job Title**: Client Servicing Executive

**Location**: Khar, Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**_**:_
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively pitching our services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Organize client meetings, manage project timelines, and provide consistent progress updates.
- Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and scheduling for client events.
- Act as the on-site Technical Manager during shows, overseeing AV setups, lights, sound, running orders, and troubleshooting any technical issues as needed.
- Conduct site inspections and work with vendors to meet the technical and logístical requirements for events.
- Ensure all event details are meticulously planned and executed, from pre-event preparation through post-event wrap-up.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in client servicing, event management, or a related field is preferred, but we welcome applicants without formal experience who are quick learners, reliable, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Presentation, Documet, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Technical proficiency for managing AV, lights, and sound setups is beneficial but can be learned on the job.
- Integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to honesty and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
