**Job Description**:
As a Client Servicing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet client expectations. Your role will be critical in fostering long-term client loyalty and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software or other tools.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on client accounts, including sales performance, revenue projections, and client feedback.
- Conduct periodic reviews and check-ins with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support or services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute client projects, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
