**Position Title**: Client Servicing Executive

**Department**: Client Services / Account Management

**Reports To**: Client Services Manager / Account Director

**Location**:Mumbai

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

2.Understand clients' business briefs, brand objectives, and target audiences to ensure the agency’s work aligns with their expectations and strategic vision.

3.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure campaigns are developed and executed on time.

Manage timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met according to client specifications.

Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.

4.Proactively suggest improvements, optimizations, and new ideas based on performance data and client feedback.

5.Maintain thorough documentation of client communications, briefs, approvals, and any changes to project scopes.

6.Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and resolving challenges that arise during project execution.

7.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that can benefit the client’s business.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within an advertising agency or similar creative environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
