**Job Summary**:
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- **Account Management**:

- Manage client accounts and portfolios, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to deliver customized solutions and support to clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations to track progress, identify opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
- **Project Coordination and Implementation**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery, aligning with client requirements and timelines.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, facilitating communication, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and milestones, proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution and Escalation**:

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues or unresolved matters to appropriate internal teams or management for further investigation and resolution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.
- **Client Communication and Reporting**:

- Prepare and deliver regular reports, performance metrics, and presentations to clients, highlighting key achievements, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, insights, and feedback for client reporting and analysis

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- client servicing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
