**Job Title: Client Servicing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. You will play a crucial role in maximizing client retention and driving business growth through exceptional service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications and inquiries.
- **Client Onboarding**: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary information, setting up accounts, and explaining service offerings. Ensure a smooth transition and positive experience for new clients.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Keep clients informed about the status of their accounts, projects, or orders.
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. Recommend solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
- **Problem Resolution**: Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients. Work with internal teams to resolve problems, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- **Account Management**: Manage client accounts and portfolios effectively, including monitoring account activity, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth or improvement.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients on their experiences with the company's products or services. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition efforts, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative tasks related to client servicing, including maintaining client records, updating databases, and preparing reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on client feedback and market intelligence.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
