**About the Role**: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting our senior client servicing team. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining client relationships, managing day-to-day communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage client relationships by acting as a point of contact for day-to-day communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects as per client requirements.
- Support senior client servicing executives in preparing presentations, reports, and other client-facing documents.
- Gather and understand client feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure everything stays on schedule.
- Handle client queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- A client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
