**Job Title**: Client Servicing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a project or in client interactions.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients about company products or services, guiding them on how to best utilize and benefit from the offerings.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role is desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to analyze and solve problems, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
