**Designation**: Concierge Executive - Front Desk (Client Service Operations)

**Key Responsibility -**

1. Operations

2. Client Service Management

1. Managing the concierge help desk at the client site and making sure the operations are smoothly handled.

2. Handling the guest/client requests and diverting it to the required department/team and the field executive.

5. Updating the request tickets in the CMS system and keeping a track on the transactions that are being raised.

6. Making sure that the grooming is well maintained daily and the company standards are followed thoroughly.

7. Coordinate all operations with the respective internal teams

**Requirements**:
1. Good English communication skills.

2. Ability to manage client requests.

3. Should have strong written and oral skills.

4. Should have completed graduation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
