**Job Overview**

Global HR Community (GHRC) is looking for enthusiastic and driven **Sales Executives** to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for **fresh MBA graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience** who are passionate about sales and want to build a career in a high-impact, people-focused organization. You will work closely with the Sales Head to support lead generation, client engagement, and conversion for GHRC’s memberships, events, sponsorships, and directory listings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in selling GHRC memberships, event passes, sponsorship packages, and directory listings.
- Maintain and update the CRM with leads, prospects, and sales progress.
- Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Attend community events and virtual meetings to network and promote GHRC offerings.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business) - Freshers or 1-2 years of experience.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-driven attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales, CRM, and digital tools is a plus.
- Passion for HR, networking, and professional communities is desirable.

**Compensation & Work Setup**
- **Salary**: ₹3 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives.
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office - GHRC HQ, Poornaprajna Layout, Uttarahalli, Bangalore.
- **Reporting**: Sales Head
