**Role & Responsibilities**

Technical Recruiter
- Attract, source and engage with job seekers and find the best-qualified potential employees for us to meet and exceed our hiring goal on schedule.
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring goals and develop team recruiting strategies to attract and hire. You will work closely primarily with Product Engineering teams to expand our India team, with scope potentially expanding to other business units in the region.
- Lead campus hiring with various universities in India
- Initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
- Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
- Where necessary, perform reference checks and process background checks
- Collaborate closely with the People team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business needs and goals are fulfilled.
- India People/Workplace Generalist - responsible for supporting our small People team on people operations and workplace/office for India team

**Requirements & qualifications**
- Min 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Good grasp of technical requirements in startups/tech industry preferred.
- Open to expanding HR scope beyond recruiting to cover People and Workplace operations, willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
- A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fast-growing startup, they often do).
- An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, the ability to learn quickly, and no desire to take yourself too seriously (a wry sense of humour is always appreciated).
