As a Recruiter you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end to end recruitment. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for non-IT roles. (BPO hiring)
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to non-IT talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.

**Skills & Experience**:
**You’ll need to demonstrate**:

- Experience of managing client or customer relationships
- Experience of using technology in a professional environment
- Experience of working with remote teams
- Expertise in a non-IT hiring
- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and databases
