- Experience supporting contract hiring in Direct client staffing for India
- A minimum 2 years' experience supporting contract hiring in client staffing for APAC/EMEA
- Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee referrals
- Responsible for learning and executing WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives
- Coordinates with resource managers to fulfill business needs
- Coordinates and conducts prescreening and technical interviews with resource managers
- Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Meets management/ leadership objectives and requirements as assigned throughout the year
- Flexible to stretch and work as needed

**Job Summary**:
Technical Source will act as a team player within the Global Resource Management team. Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for India/EMEA/APAC clients. Build and maintains relationships with resource managers, working closely with them to expand and sustain US regional business. Follow the set process and best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
- Responsible for learning and executing on WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives
- Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs.
- Coordinates and conducts prescreening, technical interviews with resource managers.
- Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year
- Requires individual to be a player within the Global Resourcing team.
- Exceptional ability to be a player & mentor while driving recruiting results
