**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing Talent**: Proactively source top IT talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide market insights, and develop strategic recruiting plans.
- **Employer Branding**: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding efforts across digital platforms to attract top talent.
- **Compliance**: Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven track record of successfully placing technical talent across various IT domains such as software development, data analytics, cloud computing, and AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies, roles, and technologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a high level of efficiency.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, and computer vision roles (specific to ImageVision AI).
- Prior experience working in a staffing agency or high-growth tech company.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
