
Personal Assistant to CEO

Provide Support to the CEO with the day to day meetings. Should have knowkedge of GEM and very sound hold on ENGLISH to draft letters. Screening mails and phone calls, preparing routine reports, setting up and maintaining files and filing systems, coordinating meetings and presentations, overseeing store supply ordering system, and other daily duties.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide general administrative support to CEO
2. Sets-up, coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
3. Oversee and maintain store supplies ordering system and reporting
5. Evaluate and route correspondence to appropriate teammates
6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality
7. Create and maintain departmental reporting as requested
8. Support departments in assigned project-based work
MUST HAVE
1. Proficient in MS Office to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
2.Work independently, self-motivated, attention to detail
3.Strong problem solving/decision making skills
4.Excellent written verbal communication skills
5.Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
6.Ability to compose type accurate and professional correspondence
7.Ability to analyze tasks and innovate effective procedure
8.Excellent organizational skills
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
