**Job Title**:Liaisoning Executive**
**Department**: Legal / Liaison / Compliance
**Location**: Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar
**Reports To**: Manager - Liaison / Senior Management
**Job Purpose**:
To facilitate effective communication and maintain good relationships between the organization and government departments, regulatory bodies, local authorities, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, clearances, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments, local authorities, municipal bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate and follow up for necessary approvals, NOCs, licenses, permits, and clearances related to projects, land acquisition, building plans, environmental approvals, etc.
- Handle RTI, legal, and compliance matters pertaining to government regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local/state/national rules, laws, and amendments applicable to the business.
- Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, or inspections by government agencies.
- Maintain records of all liaisoning activities, documents submitted, approvals received, and correspondences made.
- Identify potential regulatory risks and communicate proactively with the management for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, project, admin) to collect and provide required documents for clearances.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in Liaisoning with government bodies, preferably in the infrastructure, real estate, or construction sector.
- Good knowledge of local, state, and central government rules and regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
