_**Position: Bakery Chef & Pastry**_
- **Level: Commi 3 & 2**_
- **Salary :15000-20000**_
- **Shift - 5 days working in week**_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Plan and prepare a variety of bakery items such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Follow recipes accurately while ensuring quality and consistency in all products.
- Oversee the baking process from mixing ingredients to final presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, including equipment and workstations.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure adherence to recipes, procedures, and safety standards.
- Develop new recipes and innovative baked goods to attract customers and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to meet overall restaurant goals and objectives.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, preferably in a commercial bakery setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes and products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Leadership abilities and experience in supervising kitchen staff.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in culinary arts or bakery/pastry program is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
