We’re Hiring: Commi 2nd & Commi 3rd - Join Our Culinary Team in Dehradun

Location: PVR INOX Mall of Dehradun, Centerio Unison Mall, Pecific Mall

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Cuisine Focus: Continental & Cutting

Job Description: As a Kitchen Commi, you'll play a key role in supporting the kitchen team with daily food prep, ensuring hygiene standards, and delivering high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking dishes as per recipe guidelines

Handle basic Continental preparations and vegetable/meat cutting.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.

Support stock rotation and inventory with the senior team.

Continuously learn new skills and techniques under chef supervision.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 6 month of experience in a professional kitchen.

Basic knowledge of food prep and kitchen operations.

Strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
