A commis chef's duties include preparing food, keeping the kitchen clean, and assisting other chefs. Food preparation Prepare ingredients and dishes, Season meats, Perform basic food preparation and cooking tasks, and Follow recipes and menus. Kitchen maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and hygienic
- Wash and dry equipment, such as knives and mixing bowls
- Organize and basic cleaning in the kitchen
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-stocked

Assisting other chefs
- Assist other chefs in the kitchen, often the section chef or the chef de partie
- Assist with inventory management
- Take direction from senior chefs

Deliveries
- Oversee deliveries
- Unpack deliveries and store food ingredients in the proper location
- Be on time and assist in carrying and unpacking

Food safety and hygiene
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Comply with food safety and hygiene practices

Communication Communicate with the chef and supervisor. Learning
- Work closely with a chef de partie and executive chef to learn and understand food preparation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
