Responsibilities:

  • Daily food preparation aur cooking handle karna.
  • Menu ke hisaab se Indian, Chinese, Continental ya local dishes banana.
  • Ingredients aur kitchen inventory manage karna.
  • Food taste, portion aur presentation par dhyaan dena.
  • Kitchen aur storage area ki cleanliness & hygiene maintain karna.
  • Junior kitchen staff (Commis / Helpers) ko guide karna.
  • Wastage control aur cost management par dhyaan dena.

Requirements:

  • Hotel / Resort kitchen ka experience hona chahiye.
  • Multi-cuisine knowledge preferred.
  • Teamwork aur time management skills.
  • Hygiene aur safety standards ka proper follow-up.
  • Positive attitude aur dedication towards guest satisfaction.
