**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Communication & Support**
- Promptly respond to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Handle client complaints professionally, ensuring **customer satisfaction**.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

**Sales Coordination & Order Management**
- Assist the sales team in **processing orders, preparing quotations, and following up with clients**.
- Understand and manage **technical queries** related to industrial products.
- Coordinate with **internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance)** to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and resolutions in the **CRM system**.

**Technical & Product Knowledge**
- Develop a **thorough understanding of company products and services**.
- Stay updated on **industry trends and competitor offerings**.
- Provide **technical support** to clients by addressing their concerns and guiding them on product selection.

**Process Improvement & Sales Support**
- Identify opportunities to **upsell/cross-sell** relevant products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance **sales and operational processes**.
- Contribute to the improvement of **customer service best practices**.

**Requirements**:
✔ **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field**.
✔ **Experience**: Prior experience in a **sales coordination role in the industrial/manufacturing sector** is preferred.
✔ **Communication Skills**: Strong proficiency in **Hindi & English** (verbal and written).
✔ **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to understand **technical queries and industrial products**.
✔ **Customer Handling**: Ability to **resolve client issues with empathy and professionalism**.
✔ **CRM & Documentation**: Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)** and CRM software.
✔ **Teamwork & Adaptability**: Should be **proactive, organized, and able to multitask**.
