**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate - International Voice Process
**Location**: Pune, India

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international voice process or customer support role

**Qualification**:

- Undergraduate degree or above

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle international inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
- Resolve queries related to billing, technical issues, and service inquiries
- Ensure high-quality customer service through first-call resolution
- Actively listen and provide timely, accurate solutions to customer concerns
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow escalation procedures and standard operating guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and product/process updates

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent spoken English with strong communication and comprehension skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary package: ₹3.97 LPA to ₹4.92 LPA (based on experience)
