**Location**: Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune (Work from Office)
**Shift**: 24/7 shifts between 5:30 PM - 7:30 AM
**Work Days**: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational days off
**Compensation**: Up to INR 4,92,000 CTC

Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Associates** for a US Telecom Inbound Voice Process (B2C). Key Responsibilities
- **Handle high volume calls** Manage inbound customer calls per day related to telecom services for US-based customers.
- **Provide efficient support**: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and effectively.
- **Document interactions**: Accurately document each customer interaction in the system.
- **Follow standard operating procedures**: Ensure compliance with established guidelines for call handling, quality, and data privacy.
- **Shift adaptability**: Work in rotational 24/7 shifts, supporting customers across various time zones.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Educational Qualification**: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-year experience in an international voice process (customer support) is preferred.
- **Age**: Maximum age limit is 40 years.
- **Documentation**: Aadhar card-linked phone number is required.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, active listening, problem-solving, patience, and resilience under pressure.
- **Technical Requirement**: Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits
- **CTC**: Up to INR 4,92,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
- **Loyalty Bonus**: INR 20,000, payable in two installments.
- **Transport**: Both-side cabs provided with a deduction of INR 500 per month.
- **Working Hours**: 24/7 shift rotation, with shifts scheduled between 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM.
- **Work Environment**: Strictly Work from Office.
- **Days Off**: 2 rotational days off per week.
