**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Document and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics, including quality and efficiency standards.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation degree (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in night shifts (5 days working, 2 days off).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
