**Job Title: Pre-Sales Associate**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
- Create and deliver professional presentations for client meetings, showcasing product/service offerings and customized solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate pre-sales support.
- Analyse client needs and propose suitable solutions, contributing to winning proposals.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products/services to support proposal preparation.
- Ensure all documentation and data used in quotations and BoQs are error-free and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support project estimations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or estimation role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Technical background or understanding of the industry is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
